Admission to Health Sciences Programs (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Applied Medical Sciences, Nursing, and others) are unavailable.

Requirements
To be considered for the King Abdulaziz University Scholarship:
- Applicants must have a university degree from an accredited high school or university. The degree should be “very good” at least. (Graduation certificates & transcripts have to be certified by the Saudi Embassy).
- Applicant’s age does not exceed 40 years for PhD, and 35 years for Masters.
- The Applicant must have a record of good Conduct and must be medically fit.
- Recommendation letters should be submitted from two of his former professors.
- The Applicant must not have been dismissed from any university in the kingdom.
- An approved exam in English is required for applicants whose first language is not English.
Coverage
Scholarship recipients will get the following benefits:
- New students are received at the airport
- Two-month stipend upon arrival as preparation allowance.
- Monthly stipend.
- Distinction allowance for outstanding students
- Three-month stipend as graduation allowance for shipment of books.
- Offer follow-up of award-related financial assistance until they get organized.
- Provide emergency subsidies and financial aid to students.
- Employment offers for some scholarship students.
- Bring students’ families if they desire it
- Provide suitable accommodation, scientific, cultural, and social care for scholarship students and
- Follow up on their status in their places of residence during their academic year, & find solutions in case they face any problems.
- Offer low-cost food
- Offer healthcare for students and their families

- Birth Certificate
- Curriculum vitae for the applicant.
- Statement of purpose (must be in English for all programs except for Islamic Studies and Arabic Language).
- A copy of the applicant’s previous degree certificate (certified by the Saudi Embassy).
- A copy of the applicant’s transcript (certified by the Saudi Embassy).
- Recommendation letters from two former professors of the applicant.
- A copy of a valid passport for at least one year.
- Passport photographs
